techy.how publishes the iOS app Tea Brewing Master.

What the app does

Tea Brewing Master is an offline-first tea reference app for loose-leaf tea enthusiasts. The app provides tea profiles, brewing parameters, gong-fu infusion guidance, timers, favorites, custom tea creation, and optional Pro features such as iCloud sync, unlimited favorites, custom teas, and advanced brewing guidance.

Data we collect from the app

• We do not collect personal data from the app.

• On-device only: Your favorites, custom teas, brewing preferences, app settings, timer settings, and other app data are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.

• No servers: Tea Brewing Master does not send your app data to us.

• No external APIs: The app’s tea library, origin information, brewing guidance, photos, and sounds are bundled with the app. The app does not use external APIs for its core features.

• Custom teas and photos: If you create your own teas or add your own photos, this information stays on your device unless you choose to use iCloud sync or share/export it yourself.

• Sharing and export: If you export data or share information, iOS uses the system share sheet to send that information to the destination you choose. We do not receive it.

iCloud sync

• Tea Brewing Master may offer optional iCloud sync for Pro users.

• If enabled, iCloud sync uses Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services to keep your favorites, custom teas, and app data available across your own Apple devices.

• We do not operate the iCloud servers, and we do not receive or access your iCloud data.

• iCloud sync is handled by Apple and is linked to your Apple ID, according to Apple’s privacy terms and iCloud settings.

  • No third-party SDKs.

  • No analytics or tracking.

  • No ads.

  • No user profiles.

  • No social features.

  • Diagnostics & crash reports

If you opt in to share analytics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash logs or diagnostics. These reports help us improve the app and do not directly identify you.

Payments

Tea Brewing Master offers optional in-app purchases to unlock Pro features.

Purchases are processed securely by Apple.

We do not receive your payment details.

Apple may share aggregated sales reports with us, but these do not include personal payment information.

When you contact us

If you email contact@techy.how, we will process the information you provide, such as your email address and message, to respond to your request.

We keep these messages only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

If you contact us and share personal data, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data.

You may also object to processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Luxembourg, this is the CNPD.

Children’s privacy

The app has no user-generated public content, social features, tracking, or ads. It is suitable for general audiences.

Security

The app is designed to run offline and store app data locally on your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled, synced data is handled through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.

If you email us, we take reasonable steps to secure those communications.

International transfers

We do not run cloud services for this app and do not transfer app data internationally.

If iCloud sync is enabled, your data may be processed by Apple according to your iCloud settings and Apple’s privacy terms.

Email communications may be processed by our email provider to deliver messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect app or legal changes. We will revise the Effective date above when we do so.

Material changes will be highlighted where possible.
