techy.how publishes the macOS app RACI Matrix Designer.

What the app does

RACI Matrix Designer helps individuals and teams clearly define roles and responsibilities in projects using RACI matrices (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).

You can:

  • Create and edit RACI matrices

  • Define roles and project tasks

  • Assign R / A / C / I responsibilities

  • Review responsibility distribution visually

  • Generate on-device exports (PDF, images, SVG)

All information stays local on your Mac.

Data we collect from the app

We do not collect personal data.

On-device only

All information you enter in RACI Matrix Designer (projects, roles, tasks, assignments, notes, exports, and settings) is stored locally on your Mac.

Nothing is sent to our servers — because we do not operate any servers for this app.

No servers

The app does not transmit any data to us or to any third party.

There is no cloud backend, no syncing service, and no remote processing.

Sharing

If you export or share a RACI matrix (for example as a PDF or image), macOS uses the system share sheet to send that file to the destination you choose.

We do not receive, store, or have access to any exported files.

Accounts, tracking, and ads

RACI Matrix Designer has:

  • No user accounts or logins

  • No cloud syncing

  • No third-party SDKs

  • No analytics or tracking

  • No ads

  • No profiling or identifiers of any kind

The app is fully functional offline.

Diagnostics & crash reports

If you opt in to share analytics with developers in macOS system settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash logs or diagnostic reports.

These reports:

  • Do not directly identify you

  • Do not contain your RACI matrices or project data

We use this information only to improve app stability.

Payments

Purchases (such as the Pro unlock) are processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive:

  • Your payment information

  • Your billing details

Apple may provide us with aggregated sales reports, which do not contain personal data.

When you contact us

If you email contact@techy.how, we process the information you provide (such as your email address and message) only to respond to your inquiry.

We keep support messages only as long as necessary to handle your request.

Your rights (EU / EEA)

If you contact us and share personal data (for example via email), you may request:

  • Access

  • Correction

  • Deletion

  • Restriction of processing

  • Data portability

You may also object to processing.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Luxembourg, this is the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données).

Children’s privacy

RACI Matrix Designer:

  • Has no accounts

  • Has no social features

  • Has no user-generated public content

  • Shows no ads

The app is suitable for general audiences and does not specifically target children.

Security

The app is designed to work offline and store all data locally on your device.

If you contact us by email, we take reasonable steps to secure those communications.

International transfers

RACI Matrix Designer does not use servers or cloud processing.

App data never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Emails you send to us may be processed by our email provider solely to deliver the message.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements.

The Effective date above will be revised when updates are made.
