What the app does

Irrigation Calculator Pro helps you plan crop watering. Select a crop and soil type, enter ETo and rainfall, set field size/units, and the app calculates water volume, frequency, and the next irrigation date. You can save and review past calculations.

Data we collect from the app

We do not collect personal data.

  • On-device only: Your field names, crops, soil types, ETo/rainfall, dates, units, and saved calculation history are stored locally on your iPhone.

  • No servers: The app does not send your data to techy.how.

  • Sharing: If you export or share results (e.g., via CSV or the iOS share sheet), that information goes only to the destination you choose. We do not receive it.

Accounts, tracking, and ads

  • No accounts or logins

  • No third-party SDKs for analytics or advertising

Payments

Irrigation Calculator Pro is a paid app (one-time purchase). Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Apple may share aggregated sales reports with us (no personal data).
No in-app purchases. No subscriptions.

Diagnostics & crash reports

If you opt in to share analytics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash logs/diagnostics. These do not directly identify you. We use them only to fix bugs and improve stability.

When you contact us

If you email contact@techy.how, we’ll process the information you provide (e.g., your email address and message) to respond. We keep these messages only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights (EU/EEA)

If you contact us and share personal data, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (Luxembourg: CNPD).

Children’s privacy

The app has no user-generated content, social features, or ads. It is suitable for general audiences.

Security

The app is designed to work without an account and stores calculation data on your device. If you email us, we take reasonable steps to secure those communications.

International transfers

We do not run cloud services for this app and do not transfer app data internationally. Email messages you send to us may be processed by our email provider to deliver communications.

Data retention & deletion

  • In the app: You can delete saved entries from the in-app history.

  • All app data: Deleting the app from your device removes all app-stored data.

  • Emails: Support emails are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect app or legal changes. We’ll revise the Effective date above. Where possible, material changes will be highlighted.
