What the app does

Precision Darts: Scoreboard is a professional darts scoring and performance analysis app.
It helps players track matches (such as 501 and Cricket), calculate averages and checkout statistics, analyze performance trends, and optionally generate reports for personal review or team use.

The app is designed with a privacy-first, on-device approach, allowing players to use advanced analytics without creating accounts or sharing data externally. Apps

Data we collect from the app

We do not collect personal data from your use of the app.

All match data, statistics, preferences, and analytics are processed locally on your device.

On-device data storage

The following data is stored only on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch:

  • Match history (scores, legs, sets)

  • Game statistics (averages, checkout rates, trends)

  • Practice sessions and performance analytics

  • App preferences and settings

  • Generated reports (e.g. PDFs), if you choose to create them

This data remains under your control and is not transmitted to us.

iCloud sync (optional)

If you enable iCloud in your device settings, Precision Darts may sync your app data via Apple’s iCloud services to keep it available across your own devices.

  • Syncing is handled entirely by Apple

  • We do not have access to your iCloud data

  • You can disable iCloud syncing at any time in system settings

Apple Health & Apple Watch (optional)

If you choose to connect an Apple Watch or enable HealthKit features:

  • The app may read selected health and activity data (such as heart rate or HRV) to enrich performance analytics

  • This data is used only within the app and never shared with us

  • Health data is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing

Use of HealthKit data follows Apple’s HealthKit guidelines and requires your explicit permission.

No servers

Precision Darts does not operate backend servers for storing or processing your app data.

  • No cloud analytics

  • No remote databases

  • No data harvesting

Sharing & exports

If you choose to export match data or generate reports (such as PDFs):

  • iOS uses the system share sheet to send the file to the destination you select

  • We do not receive copies of exported data

  • Sharing is fully controlled by you

Accounts, tracking, and ads

  • No accounts or logins

  • No third-party SDKs

  • No analytics or tracking

  • No advertising

  • No behavioral profiling

Diagnostics & crash reports

If you opt in to Share Analytics with Developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide us with:

  • Aggregated crash reports

  • Anonymous diagnostic information

These reports do not directly identify you and are used solely to improve app stability and performance.

Payments

Precision Darts offers optional in-app purchases, including subscriptions or lifetime unlocks.

  • Payments are processed securely by Apple

  • We do not receive your payment details

  • Apple may provide us with aggregated sales reports (no personal data)

We keep this information only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry.

Your rights (EU / EEA)

If you contact us and share personal data, you have the right to request:

  • Access to your data

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Luxembourg: CNPD).

Children’s privacy

Precision Darts does not include:

  • User-generated content

The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children.

The app is designed to function primarily offline and stores data locally on your device.

For email communications, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

International transfers

Precision Darts does not run cloud infrastructure or servers for user data.

Email communications may be processed by our email provider to deliver messages but are not used for any other purpose.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect app updates or legal requirements.
